I have been making these cookies lately & they are so, so, so good.

Molly Katzen also has a recipe for Chocolate Chocolate Chip Peppermint cookies and when I made them they practically vanished that same day, they were so good.

I'm conflicted. Doughnut is correct, donut is easier. I'm a "colour" not "color" person too.

A minor conflict...I work at a Tim's so I am disqualified from all winnings. It's an integrity thing. However I love it when customers win. The more the merrier and the bigger the better. I see Roll Up as the harbinger of spring. So I love it when it rolls around.

On an unrelated side note...I both love and hate the Urban Dictionary. I love that I have learned far more than I though possible. I hate that I cannot unlearn some of that same information. *shudders*

I'm a donut for sure. That's what Timmy's calls them on their website as well, I checked. Also, I've won twice so far this year yay! On my first and my 4th (just free coffees), but last year I had 22 teas during roll up the rim time and lost on every single one! And the donuts are so pretty aren't they? I'm on a diet and it's been very hard not to buy one of those... just cause I've been feeling so patriotic after the olympics haha, how can you NOT want a Canada donut?

"Doughnut" is the traditional spelling, as well as the more common-- outside of the US that is. "Donut" seems to be specifically American, though I think it is being picked up in Canada a bit just because of the close proximity. Personally, I always choose the "English" spellings of words, and not the Americanized versions (Colour, not color, thank you very much! lol), but I am Canadian after all. :)

Love the idea of pureeing. So great! Can't wait to try. Mine is always too runny.
